Currently, I work as an Organisation Development Analyst at NRG PALLAS. As an Organization Development Analyst with an academic background in social psychology, cognitive science, and theoretical & evolutionary biology, I bring a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to the field of change management. My educational journey (You can see the details of my educational background here) has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior from various angles:
• Social Perspective (MSc): Insight into group dynamics and social influences
• Cognitive Perspective (MS): Understanding of cognitive processes and decision-making
• Evolutionary Perspective (Ph.D.): Insight into the adaptive nature of human behavior over time
